This is just an introduction to the interesting adventure of these two characters, which the writer (author of the adaptation) Magdalena Salik said was her favorite. When asked why, he answers: "Because of the characters, which are very diverse and counter-intuitive. Everyone has an idea about demons and fairies…ignore them. In this story, Sapkowski plays with your preconceived notions of heroes and villains. There are many crafts of the shop. To me, it's one of the wisest short stories ever.”
