by Maritime Faculty Kotor i Union of electronic sports of Montenegro, in cooperation with partners from Greece, Italy and Turkey, invite young gamers from Montenegro to apply for a unique international educational program within the project "Professional guidelines and opportunities for sustainable participation in e-sports for young people" (E-4PROSPERITY).
This project aims to present young people with sustainable professional opportunities in the e-sports sector, and to open the door to employment and involvement in one of the fastest growing industries today. The program offers an opportunity to young people from different social and economic categories to improve their skills, acquire new knowledge and build a professional path in e-sports.
Educational program for the game Valorant - the third training module
As part of the project, a modern, digitized training plan for the E-sport industry was created, including specialized training for the game Valorant, which represents the third module of the program. This content will be available to instructors and participants from all four partner countries - Montenegro, Greece, Turkey and Italy.
The aim of the training is to improve the technical, tactical and team abilities of the participants, but also to introduce them to wider professional opportunities in the e-sports sector - from player careers, through analytics and team management, to event organization and digital marketing.
The best go to the international tournament in Gaziantep!
After completing the training, you will be selected the six best candidates from each country, who will represent their countries at a major international tournament in Gaziantep (Turkey), at the end of June 2026.. This is a great opportunity for young gamers to show their talent, meet peers from the region and gain valuable international experience.
Who can apply?
The call is open to all young people from Montenegro, aged from 18 to 30 years, who want to try themselves in a professional e-sport environment and especially in the game Valorant.
