by Game Changer Montenegro Festival 2026 has transformed Tivat and Porto Montenegro into a meeting place for business, technology, investment, tourism, innovation, sports and Mediterranean festival energy.
This year's edition of the festival brought together more than 350 participants of the conference program, among whom were representatives of international companies, investors, experts, institutions, innovators from the region and Europe, as well as numerous partners and guests of the festival.
The festival once again showed that Game Changer is not just a conference, but a platform that connects people, ideas, industries and a new generation of leaders. The program discussed the future of tourism, luxury destinations, digital economy, artificial intelligence, cyber security, investments, infrastructure, blockchain technology and new business models.

The conference part opened with the talk "Tourism of the Future: Data, Luxury & the New Generation of Travelers", realized with the support of Mastercard, which was dedicated to the future of tourism and the way data and technology change the travel experience. It was especially emphasized that the tourism of the future cannot rely only on traditional models, but on understanding the behavior of travelers, analyzing data and creating personalized experiences.
In the continuation of the program, the new definition of luxury was also discussed through the panel "Luxury, Branded Residences & the New Map of Europe", realized with the support of Sotheby's. The participants talked about how luxury today is not only built through hotels and infrastructure, but through a complete ecosystem of life, investments, experiences and communities.
The topic of destination development continued through the conversation "Destinations Without Borders: Infrastructure as a Key Driver of Growth", which opened the issue of better connectivity, infrastructure and the creation of new investment opportunities. A special focus was placed on digital connectivity through the conversation "Destination as a Network", realized with the support of MTEL, with the message that the journey today begins long before arriving at the destination — through digital services, access to information and continuous user experience.
As part of the Deep Tech program, the festival opened up important topics of the digital society, including cyber security of critical infrastructure, artificial intelligence, responsible use of data and technological risks. The talks "Cybersecurity of Critical Infrastructure" and "AI Risks in the Digital Space" brought together representatives of technology companies, institutions, universities and professional communities, with a focus on security, trust and responsibility in the digital space.

The festival included the topics of blockchain technologies and startup ecosystems through the Solana Ecosystem Fireside Talk, as well as a broader European perspective through the talk "Europe Today: Industrial Transformation and AI Economy", which discussed the impact of artificial intelligence, strategic investments and new industrial policies on the competitiveness of the European economy.
Conversations dedicated to trust in modern society, business transformation in the AI era, neurotechnology and the new generation of Montenegrin technological founders attracted special attention. Young founders and innovators who develop products, scale ideas and use new technologies to create companies of the future are presented through the talk "Young Stars of Montenegro Tech".
One of the most important segments of the festival was the third Game Changer Montenegro Awards, recognitions that recognize projects, companies and individuals that create changes in the region through technology, innovation and social impact. The award gathered 250 distinguished guests and presented the most successful projects in the field of AI technologies, cyber security, tourism, fintech solutions, startup ecosystems, sustainable technologies and social initiatives.
Among this year's award winners were Crnogorchi Project - Bild Studio, Five Group, Ilija Erkić - Crnogorski Vodič, Vatrogon BOBOT 3.14, Paidt MNE, Filip Šoć - Founder MFF, Association of Leaders of Montenegro, Skenify, Inovul, Deepmark - PatchMark, One AI, Montenegrina, Digital kiosk / Business Integration, Zuno Games and mBrainTrain, which received the West Balkans Tech Company of the Year award.

In addition to the conference and award part, the Game Changer Montenegro Festival also brought a strong festival moment for the whole of Tivat. The Experience & Music zone by Superteam Balkan on the Pine waterfront gathered more than 5.000 visitors for five hours, who enjoyed VR experiences, technological installations, robots, gaming content and activations by festival partners.
The evening was marked by the special energy of the Mediterranean, with a performance by the group Who See and a DJ program, creating a unique combination of technology, innovation, music and togetherness.

Part of the festival program was the first Game Changer Open, a women's padel tournament realized in cooperation with the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro. Eight women's doubles teams gathered on the courts of Luštica Bay, in an atmosphere of sportsmanship, connection and togetherness of women leaders from different fields.
The festival was rounded off with the closing night of the Black Velvet Affair, an event that brought together guests, partners, leaders and friends of the festival in an elegant tone. In the ambience of an old submarine, this segment brought a special experience and once again highlighted the Game Changer signature that connects innovation, aesthetics and experience.
Through the conference, awards, sports program, Experience & Music zone and the final evening, Game Changer Montenegro 2026 showed that the future is not built only through technology, but through people, ideas and places that have the power to connect them.
Tivat has once again become a scene where the Mediterranean, technology, investments and a new generation of leaders meet, a place where the future is presented before it becomes everyday.
