by Focus on player testing and curriculum development for E-sports
The meeting held from November 25 to 29, 2024 within the framework of the E-4PROSPERITY project focused on key topics: Test for screening E-sport players i curriculum development for training in E-sport. The goal was to improve educational practices and standardize the selection process in this rapidly growing industry.
The meeting started with introductory speeches. Mia Kraljević Ćalasan as a member of the EEF board, she spoke about the role of the European E-sport Federation in the development of standards, while Milan Lalic, as an educator and NASEF Scholastic Fellow, emphasized the importance of proper education and the integration of gamification into school systems through a short presentation on NASEF.

The first session was dedicated to improving the player screening test, including categorizing content for better accessibility and functionality on digital platforms. Special attention was paid to increasing transparency and interactivity, so that users clearly understand the purpose of the tests and their significance for E-sports.

During the second session, the steps for creating a unique curriculum format were considered. Additional training topics were identified to make the program comprehensive and adapted to different aspects of E-sports.

Time frames for implementation of feedback, completion of activities and regular monitoring of progress were agreed upon. It is expected that the results of this project will improve the quality of training, standardize processes and provide better access to talent in E-sports.
Visit to the University of Donja Gorica: Connecting local and global education
The project partners visited University of Donja Gorica in order to become familiar with the programs and advantages offered by this prestigious faculty. During the visit, esteemed Ph.D. Ivan Jovetić he presented the university through a tour of the premises and a short presentation. In his presentation, Ph.D. Jovetic he spoke about the history of the university and its connection with educational institutions around the world, emphasizing its importance in the global academic context.
E-4PROSPERITY continues to build the foundation for innovation and advancement of practice in E-sports education, opening up new opportunities for players and industry development globally.
