Already on the first day, the Polish national team got off to a strong start with a victory over the Canadian and Danish national teams in group C. With these victories, the Polish women secured their passage to the playoff phase of the tournament, where they first faced the Swedish CS2 national team. All matches are BO3 format, and after convincingly losing the Mirage map, the Polish women decided to change their strategy and win the Nuke and Dust 2 maps.

This secured them passage to the semi-finals, where a strong United States team was waiting for them. The American women easily defeated the Spanish national team in the quarter-finals. Against Poland, they also started strongly with a victory on the first map Anubis, however, as in the match against the Scandinavian team, the Polish women struck back on the second map, Dust 2, while on the last map Inferno they broke the American dominance in the tournament and secured a place in the grand final in which French women waited for them.
The Polish team decisively started the finals by winning the first map, Nuke, while the French women showed why they are in the finals in the second map, Anubis. Decisive map – Inferno started very badly for the Polish national team, which lost more than 5 rounds at one point, but by moving to the CT side, they proved that nothing is unattainable and seized the lead with the extraordinary game of Andjelika Kozlovska in the game known as "Angelka". The final score on the Inferno map was 13 – 8 in favor of the Polish women and they took home the gold medal and $70,000. The second-placed team of France won $40,000, while the Portuguese national team won bronze and $20,000 for their country with a surprising victory over the American women, leaving their opponents twice the prize of $10,000.

Prizes were also won by teams from Australia, Denmark, Sweden and Spain, while the last 8 teams were left empty-handed.
