The biggest tech spectacle of the summer and the largest technological event in the Mediterranean: Game Changer Montenegro Festival powered by m:tel!
From July 3 to 5, 2025, Tivat becomes the epicenter of the region's technological and creative future. Over the course of three days, the city will host speakers from 17 countries across three continents, united around the idea of jointly shaping a more sustainable, smarter, and braver future.
Panels on artificial intelligence, creative industries, leadership, super applications, nomadic economy and the transformation of tourism await us in the inspiring surroundings of Porto Montenegro and on the recognizable Pine waterfront. In parallel with the conference program, all visitors will be able to experience the world of new technologies through VR and metaverse experiences, test innovative video games with local motifs and enjoy the evening program with DJ performances under the open sky.
A special moment of the festival will be the awarding of recognition at the Game Changer Awards event, which rewards outstanding individuals and companies from Montenegro for their contribution to technological development, as well as two special regional awards for the best achievements from Serbia and North Macedonia.

DAY 1 / JULY 4, 2025.

In the AI Business Lab hall, in cooperation with Nestlé, the first conference day begins with a dynamic conversation about how artificial intelligence is driving the next era of Viber, highlighting the topic of personal, fast and smart access in digital communication. Afterwards, experts from various fields join forces to demonstrate the revolutionary changes in user experience through personalization and scalability, while also discussing how AI is evolving from digital assistants to independent decision makers.
During the day, topics will be covered about building smarter production processes, the growth of financial ecosystems driven by artificial intelligence, innovative approaches in advertising that erase the boundaries of creativity, all the way to technologically driven marketing that turns clicks into real customers in the world of luxury yachts.
DAY 1 / JULY 4, 2025.
Hall: TECH, TRAVEL & CAPITAL VOYAGE TO VALUE
The day at the Game Changer Festival begins with a focus on revolutionary technological innovation through the M:TEL AI Showcase, which explores how artificial intelligence is changing telecommunications infrastructure, maintenance and growth. After that, the program continues with the panel From Tourism to Residence: Building Destinations for the Remote Revolution, which shows the transformation of destinations in line with the growing need for remote work.
The following is a discussion about the economy of digital nomads in the panel Borders Off, Laptops On: Building for the Nomad Economy, where the possibilities and challenges of a new way of living and working are considered. After the break, participants will have the opportunity to hear how innovation drives development through Bold Talk: Tech for Grow, focused on supporting transition economies.
The program closes with a series of panels on digital innovation with topics such as The Rise of Super Apps: Transforming the eCommerce Experience i Click to Deliver: Reimagining Customer Experience through Mobile, which illuminate the future of mobile business and user experiences.
SECOND CONFERENCE DAY
DAY 2 / JULY 5 – THE ALGORITHM OF ART: CREATIVITY IN THE DIGITAL ERA

The second conference day brings an interesting Bold Talk about how far artificial intelligence can take creative control in the world of video games, opening up a space for discussion about the future of gaming. This is followed by a deeper insight into the legal aspects through a panel on copyright in cinematography, with a special focus on the challenges and opportunities brought by the age of artificial intelligence. After a short break, the focus turns to art and technology, discussing how to monetize art in the technological era, following trends and new opportunities for creatives.
The day concludes with an in-depth analysis of the role of AI in film production, including the application of artificial intelligence in screenwriting, character design, production and post-production, providing a unique look at the future of the film industry.
Prominent international experts from the fields of film, gaming, design and legal regulation are participating - among them Davor Tomičić (Croteam), Maja Cappello (European Audiovisual Observatory), Friederike Kleinfercher (Max Planck Institute), Stipe Marić (Filmio Studios), Daria Rzhavtseva (Thousand Faces), Patrizia Luchetta and many others.
GAME CHANGER AWARDS
The festival also includes an award ceremony for leaders of technological change - Game Changer Awards. Awards are given to prominent technological companies and individuals from Montenegro, with special recognition for companies from Serbia and North Macedonia that significantly contribute to the development and application of new technologies in practice.
ENTERTAINMENT AND TECHNOLOGY UNDER THE STARS ON THE PINE PROMENADE, TIVAT

Everyone is invited to enjoy the open evening program on the city waterfront, where they can expect:
Visitors to the Game Changer Montenegro Festival will have a unique opportunity to dive into the world of interactive VR and metaverse experiences, where they will be able to explore virtual spaces and experience the technology of the future on their own skin. For gaming fans, testing of a new video game with motifs of the beautiful Boka Kotorska, which brings an authentic story and entertainment through an innovative gaming experience, has been prepared.
All this will be complemented by top performances by DJs who will create the right atmosphere for socializing and relaxing, while the entire space is specially designed to provide visitors with an unforgettable ambience - a combination of technology, music and the unique energy of the Mediterranean city.
