Another small furnace has arrived just 3 weeks before the start of the biggest tournament of the season for Dota 2 players. "The International" (TI) starts on the fourth of September this year, and the Valve company likes to throw out the furnace before the start of the tournament itself in order to force the players to adapt to the target and that it is not really known who has the best chance to write their names on the Aegis immortality.
This time it's not a big deal (unless they release another one) but a smaller update that serves as a balance between too strong and too weak heroes.
Gleipnir nerfing has become a daily occurrence, and this time is no different. He is the only item that has been nerfed in this furnace, aside from the beloved “Ironwood tree” neutral item that has had its activation distance reduced.
When it comes to heroes, 63 heroes have received new changes, the most significant of which are the following:
- AA gained an additional 0.5% "slow" effect per death rhyme stack
- Clock now refunds 75% of spent mana if it hits a friendly hero and gives both 25 armor at the same time. Of course, if you choose the "HOOKUP" facet.
- Ember is significantly weakened to almost every magic. Increased CD on 2 magic, lower numbers on passive magic, greatly reduced talents.
- Invoker gets a very nice buff that allows him to use his orbs and ults while invisible or teleporting.
- Mirana gets a plater of improvements. From starting attributes to enhanced facet to raised numbers on talents and almost all magic.
- Venomancer of course gets the expected nerf. His passive magic is significantly weaker and he has returned to the role of support in the team.
- Viper – his equally poisonous cousin gets very interesting talents that make him potentially the most dangerous keri hero in the game
- WD now has the ability to independently carry his team on his shoulders from any position in the game. His death club now hits 2 heroes at once for significantly more damage than before. Also, if she buys a scepter, it doubles the number of her attacks.
It seems that in addition to the heroes mentioned in the previous article, some of the best heroes are now:
- WD in position 2/3
- Viper in position 1
- Mirana in position 1/2/3
- Clock combined with aggressive heroes like Ax and Dark Seer
